If you’ve ever been in a sales call or negotiation where things stall out and you don’t know what to do next, this one’s for you.

In his email today, Jonathan Stark—a friend of the list whom I perhaps link to a little too often (there’s just so much goodness, tho!)—dropped a note to say that the Kindle version of his sales and negotiation book, Learn Your Lines, is currently available at no charge on Amazon.

I instantly got it.

And have already read it.

And loved it. (No surprise.)

It’s short, it’s well-written, and it’s hugely helpful for someone who sometimes “doesn’t know what to do with their hands” on sales calls. (i.e. me…and those are my words, to be clear.)

  • How to hold firm on not billing hourly.
  • How to have the “why” conversation and understand what they really want (before rushing to solve what they say they want at first).
  • What to say to several common questions and objections.
  • And more, so much more.

Not an affiliate, just an appreciative fan, I highly recommend getting it. It has already helped me.

Learning my lines,
James
