I collaborate closely with you to evaluate your existing marketing assets, determine the best way to achieve your goals, and create personality-filled, conversion-focused messaging and content.

Strategy

I’m often brought in when the way forward on a project or initiative is unclear. So if you’re looking for someone to help you bring clarity to your goals and how to accomplish them, then one of my Roadmapping Sessions might be just the ticket.

We’ll book ourselves a nice long call and talk through EVERY aspect of your situation: where you are now, where you want to go, the gap between those two points, what you’ve done before, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what would be the best ways to accomplish your goals.

The deliverable for these sessions is a short report summarizing everything we talked about, my findings and recommendations based on your feedback and my expertise, and a high-level plan on what to do next.

On the other hand, if you don’t want help with strategy, that’s fine. I can help you plan how to execute your existing strategy. And ensure thorough execution of your plans. Either way, being able to work with someone who understands strategy can be a great help as you go along.

Planning

When you’ve got a firm understanding of your broader goals and how you’re going to reach them, it’s time to outline the details of all that has to happen to get there.

The planning component of my engagements (and sometimes the planning is the engagement) includes things like:

  • Outlining funnels, email campaigns, emails, or landing pages
  • Collecting Voice of Customer (VoC) data via customer interviews, surveys, and/or polls
  • Analyzing your VoC data, market, and research and coming up with testing hypotheses
  • Determining a messaging hierarchy that all copy and content should follow
  • And more…

Execution

Once the strategy is set and the plans are made – the research is done, and the VoC data is collected and analyzed – it’s time to turn all of that thinking and gathering into actual, tangible copy and content assets.

Whether we worked together to get here or not, this is where my training in conversion copywriting comes out to play. Creating rich, nuanced copy assets that get your ideal customer nodding along in their head as they convince themselves that your offering is the best solution to their problem is my original marketing superpower.
