Start by asking yourself the bigger question: “How can I help?”

And then use this framework to tease out the answers:

Products

what products can I make?
what problems do they solve?
who do they solve them for?
how will solving them make their lives better?

Consultations

what consultations can I offer?
what problems do they solve?
who do they solve them for?
how will solving them make their lives better?
what products above would help (either before or after)?

Services

what services can I provide?
what problems do they solve?
who do they solve them for?
how will solving them make their lives better?
what products above would I use to provide them?
what consultations above would they include?
what consultations above would help (either before or after)?
