You can call it buffer time. You can call it slack in the system. Or maybe you call it plain common sense.
Regardless, building in-between time into your schedule helps prevent stress.
The easiest way I’ve found to do that?
Scheduling calls for 25 or 50 minutes. (Not 30 or 60 minutes.)
Two people I had calls with yesterday remarked on this, and it occurred to me that it’s not common. If you don’t do it, I recommend starting.
That time between calls can be life-giving.
