If there’s one thing you can guarantee will improve your results, it’s playing full out.
This is the same mentality that brings us “If it’s not a Hell Yes, it’s a No.”
Also, the idea of “leaving everything on the field/table/etc.”
I challenged myself to apply this mentality to rest and recuperation last week, and it really worked! So much so that it seemed note (and email) worthy.
After coming down with Covid early last week, I canceled or moved EVERY single item in my calendar. Every task, every call, every deadline.
My only remaining task was re-committing to doing nothing every day, which was harder than it sounds. But thanks to my very supportive family and friends, as well as understanding clients, I was able to (not) do it.
I didn’t even leave the house for more than a week.

And now I feel amazingly refreshed!
Everything that’s worth doing is worth doing full out.
Even doing nothing.
