When you own or run a business, your job is laying out a path for people to follow.
The people you want to help have a problem.
You have a way for them to solve that problem.
And “all” you have to do is lead them from where they are to where they need to be.
This simplistic (and yet quite apt) take on business is brought to you by this set of wires giving a creeping vine places to go, places to be.

I like how it looks like a traffic flow chart, too.
With all the vine “traffic” arriving over those two main wires on the bottom right and then branching out from the central hub.
Everyone goes to your Homepage, some people take your course, some people read your About page, some people check out your Services page, etc.
Your leadership consists of: – Laying out paths for your ideal customer to follow, – Noticing who follows which path, – Keeping track of how things work out for them, and – Making it better next time.
