Have you ever dropped the ball on something and felt increasingly bad about it as the days/weeks/months passed?

Me too.

On the other hand, have you ever dropped the ball on something and not felt bad about it…like, at all? (Maybe even felt a little bit relieved?)

It’s an interesting difference.

It tells you something about yourself and what you value.

So here’s a radical idea: If you’re feeling overwhelmed, why not try dropping ALL the balls?

(Well, everything that’s not critical to your survival or something you KNOW you want and need in your life.)

Then, you only pick back up the ones you feel more bad than relieved about (after a week or a month or so).

The nuclear option,
