If you’re regularly talking to your customers or clients (and I hope you are), I have a question to add to your list.

It’s this:
“What are some places you hang out online?”
Simple, kind of obvious…but I bet not something you’d think to ask systematically. (Certainly not something I’d have thought to ask.)
I’ve written before about how I recommend gathering Voice of Customer data.
And my favourite customer interview question.
But this simple addition adds an extra level of depth. It points you in a new direction for discovery. (And gives you an idea of where you can potentially advertise to your ideal customers.)
It’s like wishing for more wishes!
